WHO CAN APPLY?
Eligible Applicants Must:
- Be an Abia State indigene or resident (Age 18–35)
- Be fully available for a 12–16 week residential programme
- Commit at least 10 hours daily (Mon–Sat)
- Have a valid NIN and ABSSIN
- Possess basic computer skills
- (For civil servants) Provide approved study leave
You are NOT eligible if:
- You are currently employed and unable to meet time requirements
- You are a full-time undergraduate
- You are a nursing mother or have caregiving responsibilities
- You cannot stay on camp for the full duration
- You lack prerequisite knowledge (for Cybersecurity track)
