The Nigerian Army has officially announced the commencement of its 91st Regular Recruit Intake (RRI) exercise for trades and non-tradesmen and women across the country.
According to the announcement, online registration will begin on March 30, 2026, and run through May 17, 2026, giving interested and qualified candidates ample time to apply.
Applicants for the Regular Recruit Intake (RRI) are strongly advised to carefully review all eligibility requirements before submitting their applications. A key requirement for this category is the possession of a Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE), which is mandatory for consideration.
Similarly, candidates applying under the Short Service Commission (SSC) and Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) are urged to pay close attention to their eligibility criteria. These categories require applicants to possess either a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor’s degree, ensuring they meet the standards for successful enlistment.
The Army emphasized the importance of proper documentation and preparedness, noting that only candidates who meet all stipulated requirements will be considered during the recruitment process.
